Over the years, Tuffigo Rapidex has built up a network of distributors and installers in France and abroad. Our shared strength is our extensive network in livestock farming areas, with more than 50 professional companies. Our distributor-installers are commercial and technical partners with whom we work together to ensure the satisfaction of our livestock farmers during the development of their projects and then during installation and start-up operations.

Livestock farmers, with their needs and expectations, are the starting point for our day-to-day relationship with our network, which provides a 24/7 after-sales service to help them achieve their common goal of performance and responsiveness, while respecting the comfort and welfare of their animals. In a competitive world, the success of our companies depends on the creation of prosperous partnerships.

Tuffigo Rapidex provides our installer partners with ongoing training in theory and in the field, enabling them to offer innovative technological solutions in ventilation, power supply and connectivity. Our teams in the ##Customer Service Department##, with 4 regional staff and 5 office-based staff, always work jointly with our distributors/installers to provide commissioning, training, auditing and consultancy services under the “TR Care” programme.
